1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Spotifly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Spotifly is an automation tool that facilitates the transfer of playlist metadata between music streaming platforms. We do not host, store, or distribute any music files or copyrighted materials. The Service acts solely as a bridge using publicly available APIs provided by third-party platforms.

3. Account & API Usage

Use of the Service requires authentication via third-party providers (e.g., Google). You agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to through Spotifly, including but not limited to Spotify and YouTube/Google.

You grant Spotifly permission to access specific account information necessary for creating and managing playlists. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google/YouTube account settings. Spotifly does not store, sell, or share any user personal data.

4. Data Access & Deletion

Users can revoke access to their Google or Spotify accounts at any time via their respective account settings. Spotifly does not permanently store user data. Any authentication tokens used are temporary and are discarded immediately after the session ends.

5. YouTube API Compliance

This service uses YouTube API Services. By using Spotifly, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and brand "Spotifly" are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spotifly shall not be liable for any data loss, account suspension, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or your use of the Service. We provide no guarantee regarding the accuracy of song matching during the conversion process.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
